Zambian spring
Spring in Zambia comes at the end of months with no rain. Before a drop of rain has fallen the native trees on the hills burst into rich coppers and dusky pinks as new leaves open. On the ground new vivid green leaves on small bushes dot the parched landscape heralding spring.
